智能标记印线机NBT-440产品概述（Product overview）：

智能标记印线机NBT-440采用自动化印线工艺，以伺服驱动、光栅检测定位为主的高精度运行结构，实现了印线的高精度，高自动化。智能印线机通过高清CCD进行视觉自动定位，并结合设置在控制器中的印刷参数，自动对承印物进行定位和生成印线轨迹。所形成的印线轨迹是由无数个间隔分布的小喷墨点组成，精确度可达0.2mm，且油墨耗材仅按照喷墨点的面积来计算。无需网板装置，免清洗、免换板、免校对，通过印线组件全自动完成印线作业，并且自动将承印物进行收集处理，使整个作业流程实现智能化、自动化操作。
